Niagara Jeongbang, where Niagara to the Sea

Jeongbang waterfall is one of the three most famous waterfalls in Jeju. This waterfall has a height of 23 meters and is located very close to the sea. The source of this waterfall is Donghon-chun River.
Waterfall is touted as the only waterfall in Asia that the water directly into the sea, although some people deny it because the water actually falls in a small bay which is right by the sea, before the water flows into the sea. Another legend says that the Emperor Jin of China (259-210 BC) had sent a servant named Seobul to get a magic potion that can make him immortal in Mount Halla. Although he failed to get the potion, he arrived at Waterfall Jeongbang. On his way to leave this place, he wrote on a stone Seobul Gwaji which means "Seobul been here", on the cliffs of the waterfall. However, the text is now gone. On the wall waterfall is an inscription that reads Seobulgwacha which means "Journey Seobul".

If you go towards the east about 300 meters, you will see another waterfall called Waterfall Sojeongbang. This place is perfect for relaxing in the summer. At the top of the cliff waterfall there is an observation post, where you can see beautiful views of the ocean freely. Waterfall is touted similar to a servant who was guard the master.

This place operates at 08.00 to 19.00 hours in the summer, and only until 18:00 in the winter. Pets allowed taken to visit this place only when using a safety chain. And is expected to bring a plastic bag to dispose of animal waste.
