Morning Silence park, so people call it. The park is located in Gyeonggi Province, about one and a half hour drive from Seoul to the North. This park is a flower garden which occupies an area of 30,000 m2. The park is open all year and ready to provide a place for you to enjoy the silence, refreshing the mind, and soothe your heart. Since you enter the park, you will feel like seeing heaven. And indeed, this place became a haven for photographers, tourists, families, and of course for lovers. The park was conceived by Professon Han Sang-kyung (Faculty of Landscape, University Sahmyook), when he served in the exchange of professors in America. Her goal is to create a garden that will be famous in the world and spread the concept of beauty of Korea to the world. The idea comes from a poem written by Tagore, a famous poet of India, which is named Korea during the Joseon Dynasty as the Land of Silence Morning.
A path that traversed the pedestrian presenting beautiful scenery with rumpu-grass planted neat, flower beds that connects the park with 20 different themes. There you can also see one of the theme park, which is shaped like a park Sukgeun Korean islands, which paved with colorful flowers on both sides which illustrates the desire for re-unification of North and South Korea.
This morning silence park also displays the Korean restaurant and a number of restaurants to the other, a snack shop, shops selling herbal medicines and jasmine plants.
